Five Generations. One Expression.

Heritage

Five Generations, One Legacy.

Five generations of our family have cultivated coffee, beginning as a humble livelihood rooted in the land. Over time, that effort transformed into a vocation, guided by inherited knowledge and respect for every harvest. Today, at Café Aural, that legacy evolves into art: we cultivate, select and process every bean with precision and sensitivity.

Tradición Aural

“It is not just coffee — it is the living expression of those who have dedicated their lives to perfecting it.”

Terroir

1,506 MASL. Where Altitude Defines Character.

At 1,506 meters above sea level, our farm offers ideal conditions for coffee of exceptional character. The altitude favors a slow ripening of the bean, concentrating sugars and complexity in every cherry. The temperate climate, constant mist and rich soils nurture a balanced and distinctive sensory profile. Here, altitude is not just geography — it is an essential factor in the quality we bring to every cup.

Our Varieties

Tabi & Gesha. Diversity in Every Harvest.

We grow the Tabi variety with a honey process on our own farm, among papayas, orange trees and pineapples that enrich the soil with natural minerals. Alongside it, we work in direct partnership with allied growers —like Duvan Quisaboni, at La Palma farm, Palestina, Huila— to bring you exceptional lots like our Gesha honey. Every relationship is direct, every lot is traceable.
